Terms of Service
The rules every captain signs.

I.Who can play
You must be 13 or older. One account, one captain. Keep your password and recovery codes to yourself.
II.Play fair
No cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, real-money trading of game items or gold, harassment, hate speech or impersonating staff. We may mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
III.Virtual items
Gold, items, ships and any premium currency are a license to use content inside the game. They have no real-world value and can’t be cashed out. Premium currency never buys combat power.
IV.Accounts without email
You can play without giving us an email. If you lose your password and your recovery codes, we can’t verify who owns the account, so it can’t be recovered.
V.Changes and availability
The game is in early development. Features, balance and progress may change, and the service may be interrupted or reset during development. We’ll post notable changes on the site.
